Daniel Counts
USA CEO / EVP Americas
Daniel Counts serves as the Americas and USA leader for ARKANCE, with a deliberate focus on organic and inorganic growth. The primary objective is to align global and local strategies that lead to the achievement of business objectives in the USA while also supporting the achievement of our global objectives. This is accomplished through an uncompromised adherence to not only our business objectives, but also to our company values and culture, as well as our go-to-market business structure that supports a “second to none” experience for all stakeholders including employees, customers, partners, and shareholders.

Jeff Rachel
PRESIDENT
Jeff Rachel serves as President of ARKANCE Americas. With nearly 30 years of professional experience in the AECO industry, Jeff brings extensive experience to his role, collaborating with executive leadership to realize the company's vision and working with the entire organization to translate this vision into day-to-day operations. Jeff also works in a sales role with some of the company's major customers, allowing him to remain current on business challenges, industry trends, and technology. Jeff's business philosophy is to understand the needs and goals of customers to match ARKANCE's extensive products, services, and technical expertise, helping them gain a competitive advantage and support their business efforts.

Chris Keck
VICE PRESIDENT, BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Chris Keck serves as the Vice President of Business Operations for ARKANCE Americas. In his role, Chris is responsible for developing and executing strategic plans in several Business Units and Business Lines while providing leadership, management, and mentorship to key leaders within the company to drive growth and scale. Before this role, Chris was the Vice President of Professional Services, overseeing the development, management, and execution of the company’s consulting, training, and production offerings, ensuring customers realize the total value of their technology investments. Earlier in his career, Chris was a civil engineer, systems analyst, project manager, and estimator for prominent civil engineering and construction firms.

Nathan Lamont
VICE PRESIDENT, SALES
Nathan Lamont serves as Vice President of Sales at ARKANCE USA. With over 20 years of AECO experience across North America and Asia Pacific, Nathan is responsible for customer engagement, driving revenue growth, and ensuring profitability. Nathan excels in developing go-to-market strategies and driving best-in-class execution for a diverse group of sales and business development professionals. Key accomplishments include co-authoring the specialized Business Unit model and developing a new sales framework for efficient communication and collaboration across departments. Since joining in 2015, Nathan has held many leadership positions, most recently as the Director of Architecture and Engineering. Leading by action is Nathan’s approach and he relishes mentoring sales professionals to support their growth and success.
