Virtual Live Workshop: The Autodesk Connector for ArcGIS: Connect GIS Data More Seamlessly to Your Models

CAD and GIS data are frequently used in design projects. As a result, it is often difficult for CAD and GIS departments to download and use data. In this session, we will look at the Autodesk Connector for ArcGIS in Autodesk software and how it can import data into a design project without needing to import and convert it.

Attendees will learn the following:

• How to import online GIS data from within Civil 3D, Map 3D, and InfraWorks, as well as the differences between the Connectors in each software.
• Understand how to create Civil Objects from GIS data in Civil 3D without going through a conversion process.
• Learn different processes to write GIS data back to the online GIS portal.
